WINDHOEK, 22 DEC (NAMPA) – The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) is concerned that some government vehicles do not to stop at roadblocks for inspection.
NamPol Deputy Commissioner, Ralph Ludwig said GRN-registered vehicles also fall under the Road Traffic and Transport Act No.22 of 1999 that lists regulations for all vehicles on national roads.
