Three Car Fatal T Bone Accident 176th & Canyon Frederickson

October 4, 2009. The driver of the Aerostar died at the hospital after being T boned by the truck with the van coming to rest at an unstable angle on the Volvo sedan. This accident happened late morning. Graham Fire and Rescue responded to the scene with assistance from Central Pierce Fire and Rescue. The Pierce County Sheriff investigated the accident. The Washington State Patrol assisted with traffic control.
