hello people, so this worked for me and i hope it works for you aswell.

1) Download this : http://www.4shared.com/zip/ywh_j3J9/Steam.html

1.1) New link (BOX.net) https://www.box.com/s/qu7jy56vltgsjep574rn

(MEDIAFIRE LINK WAS BLOCKED)

1.3)NEW FIREDRIVE LINK http://www.putlocker.com/file/535F32A462A74B40

1.4) NEW FILEFACTORY LINK http://www.filefactory.com/file/2f7xlrleat1b/n/Steam_zip

1.5) NEW ZIPPYSHARE LINK http://www53.zippyshare.com/v/21215067/file.html

2) Right click and extract, (i use winrar)

3) Open the folder, go to Steam - Then click steam.exe to open it up.

4) And thats it, hope it helps.
