Paul Niven, 2014 Australian Scholar who is General Manager of Pure Source Dairy Farm Company, a Fonterra-owned dairy entity in Shandong Province, China.

David Byrd, 2000 UK Scholar based in Australia, who came to Australia as a part of his Nuffield study. He teaches with Rural Industries Skill Training and is on an Advisory Board for the National Centre for Farmer Health.

Paul Mumford, 2004 Australian Scholar running 450 jersey cows and President of United Dairyfarmers of Victoria (UDV) and Australian Dairy Farmers (ADF) National Councillor.
