So despite the determination that CTE was a major contributing factor, there are 3 things that stand out to me, the cell phone signal, the fact that they weren’t able to find him initially when he was less than a half mile from his boat, and the fact that the neighbors aren't sure how this was all possible either, those aspects leave me with a few questions, but are the facts strange enough to warrant being added to the missing 411 list? Or do you believe its all explainable? Let me know what you think in the comments.
