So despite the determination that CTE was a major contributing factor, there are 3 things that stand out to me, the cell phone signal, the fact that they weren’t able to find him initially when he was less than a half mile from his boat, and the fact that the neighbors aren't sure how this was all possible either, those aspects leave me with a few questions, but are the facts strange enough to warrant being added to the missing 411 list?
