Ingredients:
3 pcs. Chicken Breast Fillet/Half kilo
or you can use Ground Beef
2 pcs. Med. sized Aubergine/6-8 Eggplants
6 pcs. med. sized potatoes
2 cups thinly cut Cauliflower
1 cup Tomato puree mixed with 1 tbsp. Tomato paste
2 tbsp. Plain yoghurt
1 tbsp. 5-spice powder
1 tbsp. Cinnamon powder
1 tbsp. Dried crushed thyme leaves
1 tbsp. Dried crushed mint leaves
Cooking/Olive oil or butter
Garlic
Onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Maggi Cube
Parmesan cheese/Mozzarella cheese
Dried crushed Basil leaves

Bechamel Sauce:
250 ml. Cold water for dissolving 6 tbsp. of Cornflour
500 ml. Fresh milk
50 grams Butter (low temp.)
Salt and pepper to taste
