US President Joe Biden has confirmed America's commitment to NATO is "unshakeable" in his first address to an international audience since taking office.

He addressed the Munich Security Conference claiming "America is back", vowing to prove democracies can still deliver.

President Biden announced he would lift orders to withdraw US troops from Germany put in place by the Trump administration.

His speech followed an earlier meeting of G7 leaders aimed at tackling the global COVID-19 pandemic.
