Labour peer and chair of European Movement Andrew Adonis tells Andrew Neil that the UK's Covid-19 vaccine rollout has been 'brilliant', despite his previous criticisms. He says that unless the EU reverses its procurement mistakes and decision to rubbish the AstraZeneca jab, Brussels bureaucrats could be booted out by member states.
