Fix COD Warzone 2.0/Modern Warfare 2 Game_Steam_Ship.Exe error on Windows 10/11 PC
Step 1) Uncheck Administrator from game exe file
Step 2) Disable Steam Overlay, close all overlay apps such as Discord, GeForce Experience, AMD overlay.
Step 3) Uncheck compatibility from Steam and game exe file- close steam first
Step 4) If able to launch the game, then turn off on demand texture streaming and DLSS
Step 5) Delete the save game file (This will result in loss of game progress & saved settings)
Step 6) Verify/Repair the game files
Step 7) Link your blizzard account/Steam with activision: https://s.activision.com/activision/profile
Step 8) When you launch the game, if you receive a prompt to launch in safe mode try it
Step 9) Let the shaders optimization be 100% complete
Step 10) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program Windows Security and firewall
Step 11) Put -dx11/-d3d11 /-dx12 in launch options
Open Battle.net Launcher. Click on the game. Click on Options on the top, Click on Game Settings. Put a Check on the "Additional Command Line Arguments" box and type this -d3d11 in the box, Now restart the battle.net and launch the game again
Step 12) Run the game from the game installation folder
Step 13) Do a clean installation of latest graphics driver

Step 14) Laptop users with dual graphics card- Run the game on dedicated graphics card

Step 17) Update Windows to the latest version
Step 18) Close all the overclocking and overlay apps, perform cleanboot and close all the background application, Turn off any RGB software running in background, Disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 19) Increase the Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 20) Update System BIOS
Step 21) Try Windowed mode, and lower down video settings
Step 22) Uninstall and reinstall the game to a different drive (ssd), if already installed to external drive, then switch to C drive
