China Automotive Engineering Research Institute has released the video of MIC Model 3 crash test. It looks like a solid test. Official results are expected to be released on June 16.

This crash test of the made-in-China Tesla Model 3 is just in thanks to our friend Ray, who tweets at Ray4Tesla.

It looks like the frontal impact area is 25 percent.

Teslas are engineered to be exceptionally safe electric vehicles and Model 3 is one of them. Tesla has that sweet combination of passive safety, active safety, and automated driver assistance.

Tesla Model 3 got a 5-start rating in the United States when NHTSA released the 2019 Model 3 safety ratings.
