With lifting of the lockdown, and factories and offices resuming operations, it has become critical for industry to ensure that their employees are safe. In addition, companies need to build resilience in manufacturing and their supply chains. These transitions are complex. In the “new normal”, Enterprise AI and industrial IoT technologies are driving the quest for worker safety, business continuity, efficiency and productivity improvements.

Keeping the above in view; Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in partnership with BLP Industry.AI organised a webinar on 'How AI and IoT is keeping workers safe during Covid'.

The webinar focused on the application of AI products for workforce safety, how they are being deployed across industries, and the benefits being seen. This includes social distancing, safety gear compliance, government regulations, temperature tracking, etc. The session will also touch upon how AI and IoT is playing an integral role in driving productivity in manufacturing and supply chains in the “new normal”. The discussion will cover the deployment of these technologies, and use cases.
