Experts from the Henry and Allison McCance Center for Brain Health and its multidisciplinary COVID-19 Brain Health Clinic highlight knowledge gained over the past year about post-COVID neuropsychiatric complications and preserving brain health in the setting of COVID-19. As you might be aware, whether from your own experiences, your family and friends, or news reports, COVID-19 is having a particularly large impact on the brain. From loss of smell, to so-called “brain fog,” to depression and anxiety, the virus itself along with the pandemic conditions it has forced on all of us, have left many of us impaired.
