After 10 weeks away because of the coronavirus pandemic this week I finally returned to the Lake District to resume my landscape photography journey.

I return to the scene of my last video filmed on location in the Lake District before lockdown started to photograph the derelict cottages in the hills above Haweswater.

In this video I share some of my thoughts on composition and spend time observing how light impacts the scene.
