Can't download game updates as it's stuck at 0 bytes? This video shows you everything you need to know to solve that issue. By the end, you should be able to use Steam normally. This guide is updated for the latest Steam Client UI - Currently in beta at time of posting this, but will be rolled out to everyone soon!
