The country will need a 'massive' stimulus package to get the economy going. That's according to German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry Executive Director Dr. Martin Henkelmann who says more and more businesses are feeling the pinch of the country's lockdown. He stresses the country can flatten the COVID-19 curve without flattening the economic growth of the country.
