1. Havells Holdings Limited based at Isle of Man.
2. Havells Guangzhou International Limited based at
China.

Your Company had formed a 50:50 joint venture in
People’s Republic of China with Shanghai Yaming
Lighting Co. Limited under the name of Jiangsu Havells
Sylvania Lighting Co. Limited (JV). This Joint Venture
Company was created with an objective to produce
energy efficient lighting lamps.

2003 - Fan business launched
2004 - Marketing office in London thru Havells UK ltd.
2005 - set up R&D centre Noida and started the MID day meal in Alwar for school students.
2006 - CFL production and CRABTREE merged in Havells .
2007 - Acquired Frankfurt based company Sylvania for global presence .
2010 - Acquired Standard Electricals
2011 - Joint venture 50:50 with Chinese company Yaming Lighting
2017 - Acquired Lloyd Electric and Engg ltd and entered in LED TV , Airconditioner and washing machine business
2018 - AC manufacturing plant in Ghiloth rajasthan
