Go to: /your installation folder/steamapps/common/Tinykin/Tinykin_Data/
and edit "config.boot"

At the bottom of the file add those lines:
gfx-enable-gfx-jobs=1
gfx-enable-native-gfx-jobs=1
gc-max-time-slice=1
