This is a recorded video of a #webinar on 'Impacts of COVID-19: A gender perspective". Three presenters are: Dr. Sujata Shrestha, Dr. Mandira Lamichhane and Dipika Das. GIIS Research fellow, Dr. Sujata Shrestha completed her Ph.D. in Environmental Biology from the University of Massachusetts Boston and Masters’ degree in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University, Boston, USA. She is interested in interdisciplinary research.
GIIS Research fellow, Dr. Mandira Lamichhane completed a Ph.D. from Goethe University, Germany. Her areas of expertise are gender, social development, health and climate change, mixed methods research and qualitative data analysis.
GIIS Research Fellow, Dipika Das is perusing her Ph.D. at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia under the John Allwright Fellowship from the Australian Centre of International Agriculture Research (ACIAR). She did her Master’s degree in Gender and Development Studies from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand.
