Our worlds are very uncertain at the moment – they have been disrupted, and it is far from clear what they are becoming. We have all kinds of unconscious, habitual reactions to uncertainty, and unfortunately, these reactions don’t make the uncertainty any less, or help us to deal with uncertainty any better. Let’s explore how emotional intelligence will enable us to come to terms with uncertainty in healthier, more resilient, and more effective ways.
