Greetings Everyone—!
Welcome Back to Another Episode of - “Let’s Talk MR Safety with Lexie”
Joining me today is a Prominent MRI Associate Program Director - Sonja K. Boiteaux - and - an MRI Education Coordinator - Wilton M. Muriithi - at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Sony, as I personally know her from the SMRT-ISMRM, also happens to be the Honoree-Recipient of the SMRT Crues-Kressel Award for her outstanding contributions to the education of technologists/radiographers by organizing and promoting education internationally and on a local level.
Today, I will sit down with Sony and Wilton to discuss transitioning from F2F to Distance Education in an MRI Program, in the face of the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic.
While we do celebrate the arrival of the Pfizer-Moderna vaccines, the rollout will take some time. On that note; many schools within and outside healthcare, continue to offer either remote or hybrid learning options. Sony and Wilton talk to me about the myriad of distance-learning tools and options they offer through their MRI-Emphasis program at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center - in this COVID-19 Era of Didactic Instruction.
If all of you like the taping today; please do not forget to like, comment, share and subscribe.
Additionally; If anyone is interested in the MR-Educational Programs that Sony and Wilton offer, please comment below, so I can connect you with them.
Thank You.
