LiFi is a promising technology approach for smart manufacturing providing wireless and reliable data communication. The research project ELIOT aims to demonstrate the possibilities and advantages in manifold areas. The focus of this talk is on smart manufacturing, highlighting future use cases and evaluation scenarios.
