Hey there, or should I say, GUTENTAG!
I am Cody Stein, hailing from the United States, where I live in Chicago. I am a massive soccer, I mean, football fan and have been an Arsenal supporter since 2009.
Being a soccer fanatic in America isn’t easy and getting a job with a company in Hamburg is an exciting opportunity. In that sense, I feel like I can be the Bobby Wood of your club - the only Yankee playing for Hamburger SV. Let’s kick this video lesson off, shall we?
Let’s talk about why businesses (specifically in the entertainment industry) are struggling during COVID-19. Whether it’s a local pub, a hot new trend like axe throwing, a national franchise arcade or even a professional sports team - all of these businesses rely on support from their community to provide the revenue needed to balance the books.
Simply put, with strict lockdown orders and social distancing in place across the world, the revenue stream has almost dried up for those working in nightlife and entertainment. Without people walking into these businesses, these businesses cannot sustain themselves.
Companies must think outside the box for ways to add additional revenue, knowing full well just how difficult it is to determine these new streams, pivot, and successfully connect. Those who do find ways of bringing their entertainment experience to the consumer forge new paths and reach their customers like never before.
However, wherever, which-way ever… that’s Payever.
