In a 45-minute discussion, Professor Sir Simon Wessely was joined by Don Berwick, former Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and President Emeritus at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.

The two reflected on the seismic system changes that were needed at speed within healthcare to cope with the impact of this pandemic. They also looked at the NHS response and how we might capture, retain and take forward some of the lessons that have been learned during the crisis.
