Steam can manage multiple game libraries on different drives. However, if you end up installing steam on the same drive as where your games are, or have moved to, and you get this issue, you just need to simply cut and paste your steamapps folder where the games are into the Steam folder, reboot Steam, and that's it. #Steam #SteamTutorial #GamingNews
