This is a short summary for legalization for electric transport in Germany. But at the same time also for countries within Europe where Plevs are not yet legal. Many countries see a plev as a dangerous thing, and / or see no place in current traffic for a plev. The users are often not included in the decision-making in the discussion about safety and experience with the plev. Expensive agencies are, however, hired to come up with visions and provisions concerning the legalities of a plev, or to reject them in the current traffic situation.
