How to prevent happening this in the first place:
NEVER UPDATE WINDOWS
STARTING OTHER GAME FOR THE FIRST TIME THAT INSTALLS DIRECTX CAN CAUSE THIS

NEVER DO ANYTHING ELSE THAN CSGO
