The Biden administration must immediately stop hostile maneuver against North Corea and withdraw U.S. troops from South Corea!

1. On the 5th, the U.S. State Department made a reckless remark that "We will document and preserve information on abuses and violations in North Corea." It is the same purpose as the West Germany isolated East Germany from the international community in the name of collecting "human rights violation cases" in the past. In this sense, the ulterior motive of the U.S. is confirmed that the U.S. is trying to "overturn the regime" of the North Corea. The U.S. Department of State mentioned "We are reviewing the policy against North Corea and a new approach toward North Corea is totally different from the previous." Through the U.S.-Japan-South Corea Trilateral National Security Advisors’ Meeting on the 2nd of April, the “Biden administration's belligerence” is revealed the confirmed remarks that "full implementation of UN Security Council resolutions to sanctions on North Corea" and "reaffirmation of trilateral cooperation for the denuclearization of North Corea."

2. The "provocation of human rights" is the hostile maneuver against North Corea and forms a part of the U.S. imperialist hegemony strategy. The “Biden administration” is trying to make an all-out nuclear war maneuver against North Corea, reinforcing imperialist military alliance and misleading the North Corea's self-defense as a global threat. At the same time, it is conducting "maneuver of isolation and squeezing against North Corea" with the crafty “North Corean human rights game.” There is no other reason why North Corea defines the "Biden government’s human rights provocation" as an act of aggression. The hypocrisy of the U.S. administration is verified through the "Report on Human Rights Violations in the U.S. in 2020" issued by China. The report points out the issues of the U.S., such as, the loss of control of COVID-19, the confusion caused by U.S. colonialism, racism and weakening of minorities‘s circumstances, social instability, injustice due to the gap between the rich and the poor, and the violation of international order.

3. The stationing of U.S. troops in South Corea proves that the U.S. is a serious human rights abuser. Our nation is unable to escape from the crisis of war for a single moment by the U.S. troops in South Corea. The right to live and right to development of our people have been violated under political and economic domination and plunder by the U.S. troops. The U.S. troops in South Corea are the very source of war, the root of all evil and the cesspit of human rights abuses. The U.S., the world's worst human rights abuser, must immediately withdraw the U.S. troops that threaten the peace and security on the Corean peninsula. It is inevitable that a decisive anti-U.S. uprising of our people against hostile policy towards North Corea and the imperialist hegemony strategy of the U.S. and human rights violation on our nation and people would rise up.
