After weeks of searching for a fix, I finally stumbled across the fix in a 3-Month-old r/SteamDeck discussion!
The issue seems to stem from a high MTU value on the Home Network. Lowering this, helps us to bypass the Ubisoft Connect check. Happy playing! :)
Terminal commands used in this video:
nmcli connection show
nmcli connection modify 'NAME OF YOUR CONNECTION' 802-11-wireless.mtu 1452
