I found a Quick Fix for a Steam Deck Case I bought a while ago. The button was pressed down by the case. I tried everything to make sure it was secured into the case properly, but the button was still being pressed. I really didn't want to send the case back and get another, so i clipped the the corner with scissors and a nail clip. then I rubbed the edges down with a piece of sand paper to make sure it was smooth. I played many hours since that little fix and it worked out fine. I hope this helps you.
