The new Steam Deck OS 3.4 update has caused some serious problems for third-party apps that were installed on the SD card. Unfortunately, Valve pushed the update without addressing this issue, and users quickly started having issues. Pierre Loup Griffais tweeted about the issue, and now Valve has released a fix. Keep an eye out for Steam OS 3.5, which will push the same change that broke apps, but this time devs will have time to be ready for it.
