Although sometimes as qualified as their professional peers, trainers often don't receive the same degree of respect, credit and the professional recognition that they've earned. Therefore, Talking to the Titans of Training is a series of 45-minute online conversations with the powerhouses, innovators, movers and shakers, influencers and the dedicated servants of the training community, in which Dr Charles Cotter salutes, acknowledges and showcases their career, work and contribution to the Learning and Development (L&D) industry.
