Small tips and tricks on how to stay safe and thing you can do from home on preventing at least a little during the virus! Lemon ginger recipe as follow: 4-5 lemons 1 Palm size ginger and about 2 tablespoons of water. Blend everything inside a blender without scanning the ginger nor the lemon leave the skin on. Transfer into a glass bowl or jar with a tight lid. Every single morning take 1 tablespoon of the mixture added into a 8 ounce glass of water and drink on an empty stomach. After 30 minutes eat something and please do not leave your stomach empty repeat for about 3 to 4 weeks ! Then give it a break for about a week. Repeat again! Great for immune system booster and for cholesterol and everything in general.
