After months of lockdown and only leaving the apartment for some groceries, we needed a change of scenery. Even though we were required to do a mandatory 5-day quarantine when we returned to Germany, we thought it was worth it. To be extra safe, we took the car and travelled to more nature-oriented places such as lakes. This trip, we focused on Thun, Interlaken and Brienz lake area. This was a much-needed trip as we came home with refreshed minds.
