Hello everyone! Today I'm going to show you how to make
a vegan Cheesecake
and
a burnt Cheesecake (San Sebastian Cheesecake)

with a fun filipino touch!

For that i will use Pandan and Ube.

Pandan is a plant that is widely used for colouring and flavouring dishes in the South East Asian cuisine

Ube is a naturally purple sweetpotatoe that filipinos love to use as a natural sweetener and colour for desserts like HaloHalo, Uwe Halaya or Puto Bumbong.

Don't be scared to try something new!
