The Agency has been waiting almost 2 years for this one. Finally Lilligant is usable in OU thanks to its new Hisuian form. We used its new move Victory Dance which gives you +1 attack, defense, and speed in combination with its powerful ability hustle which gives Lilligant more than 700 attack after just one boost... In theory this pokemon is broken but that's exactly why its ability is Hustle so that we can stay humble and honest. Enjoy folks!
