COVID 19 pandemic has affected everyone globally and men and women have been affected differently. However, at the same time it is fact that women or girls at home and those who have been fighting COVID19 at
front as healthcare personal and as the labor workers are facing different challenges. There are number of reports published indicating increased domestic, sexual, and gender-based violence during this pandemic. Additionally, due to more devotion and time spend on domestic work than men women are less likely to spend time on academic activities such as
writing papers and other academic activities. This webinar series are arranged to create an awareness or sensitization on #genderequality and
#women’sright. In addition to this various ways to overcome this will be shared by experts. Target Participants: PhD and Post-doctoral girls, early
career women scientist, faculties and scientist from India
and different countries, members of #INYAS, #INSA,
