We are watching the stock market correction happening in real time. I don't see a stock market crash of over 20% happening, but the correction is here and it is painful for the EVs and clean energy. I can see the stock market crash not happening, but the stock market dropping around 10% for certain sectors, which we already watched.

This is all about the stock market crash and the housing market crash and if I see any of those things coming. I will start with the stock market crash that many people out there thing may be happening right now. I see the stock market crash not happening, but actually getting back to where it should be after the third stimulus check. The last thing we will talk about is the housing market crash that many people out there believe is bound to happen in the next few months or years. I also do not see a housing market crash occurring any time soon.

The stock market crash will not happen because the Fed will pump additional money into the market to stabilize it. It could even be the Fed buying equities to bring money into the stock market as a last resort. I see the stock market crash 2021 not happening. I see the housing market crash 2021 not happening either. I definitely don't see a housing market crash 2022 happening as well. I don't see a stock market crash on the way or a housing market crash on its way. There are way to many solid things that will keep all this out of harms way.

With record low interest rates for housing, it sets up for an interesting situation. With everyone refinancing, what we will do when interest rates increase dramatically over the next few years? Are we able to cash out without increasing our interest rates? I do not see that happening and this will be part of the equation for any upcoming stock market crash that could happen. It will also lead to a housing crash as well. We know that a housing market crash will affect everything else around it. The financials would take a massive hit and that could slow lending to a crawl and thus crushing the economy. Our goal as investors is to keep an eye on this and see where we go from here.

In summation, the next massive stock market crash and the next massive housing market crash will be coming, but not in the next year in my opinion. It is way to early to see if it will hit in 2022, but we will be watching staying informed of relevant data. Until then, I will be buying stocks and maximizing profits. Why is the stock market crashing? It is not. Why is the housing market crashing?
