The stock market is higher than ever, is a crash right around the corner? Here's 5 reasons the stock market could crash, and what you should do about it.

Today I'm discussing 5 reasons I think the stock market could crash shortly, and giving you some ideas about how you can prepare for it.

1 - The market is massively overvalued at the moment and is due a reset.
2 - Big Tech is having less impact and not moving the market as it should.
3 - Joe Biden’s capital gains tax threatens the market with uncertainty around companies.
4 - Janet Yellen has caused confusion with her statements around inflation.
5 - The Buffet Indicator is extremely high.

To counter this you should:

#1 Understand your risk ahead of time.
#2 Reassess your holdings - diversify? - gold? UK?
#3 Have cash ready - for value positions
#4 Average in to the market

There's no telling when and where the stock market crash will happen, but I think it's likely going to happen shortly, so always guys, invest with caution.
