1.It's been a very important couple of months for Tim Stuetzle, including being drafted into the NHL. Here's a snippet from a documentary that was done in German, following Stuetzle's journey on draft night, before he was named the Senators' third-overall pick by the late great Alex Trebek.
2. Third overall pick Tim Stuetzle signed an entry-level contract with the Ottawa Senators on Sunday. "An unbelievable feeling," Team Germany's captain said before practice inside the Edmonton bubble. "I can't wait to get started with them." Stuetzle already received congratulatory texts from Brady Tkachuck and Thomas Chabot and is looking forward to joining Ottawa's young core after the World Juniors.
3. For the first time, Germany has qualified for the playoff round at the World Juniors. To do it, they had to overcome a series of positive COVID tests, a shorthanded line-up and a 16-2 drubbing by Team Canada. "It's an unbelievable feeling," said captain Tim Stuetzle. "Everybody knew we had a tough situation and we fight together through it and the team worked very, very good today ... we totally deserved it and I'm so proud of our guys."
4. Tim Stuetzle admitted to being nervous when he took to the ice for the first time with his Senators teammates on Sunday, but the highly-touted prospect fit right in, and the future looks bright in Ottawa. TSN's Brent Wallace has more.

6. Third overall pick Tim Stuetzle picked up an assist on Derek Stepan's goal in the second period during the Senators' scrimmage on Monday. He also sniped home a goal during the shootout that was held.
