Dalgona coffee (Korean: 달고나커피) is a beverage made by whipping equal proportions of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy and then adding it to cold or hot milk.

It was popularized on social media during the COVID-19 pandemic, when people refraining from going out.

The name is derived from dalgona, a Korean sugar sweet, due to the resemblance in taste and appearance, though most dalgona coffee doesn't actually contain dalgona.

المكونات :

٢ معلقة كبيرة نسكافيه
٢ ملعقة كبيرة سكر
٢ ملعقة كبيرة ماء ساخن
١ ملعقة كبيرة زبدة لرتس مذابة
١ بسكوتة بوتس مطحونة للتزيين
٤ - ٥ مكعبات ثلج
حليب بارد

نخفقهم مع بعض


Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Instant Nescafe Coffee
2 Tbsp White Sugar
2 Tbsp Hot Water
1 Tbsp of Lotus Spread (some will be used for decor)
1 Lotus Biscuit (1 will be crushed for toppings)
4-5 Ice Cubes
Fresh Milk

Procedure:
- Combined all the ingredients in a bowl - Instant Coffee, White Sugar and Hot Water
- Use electric mixer and whip it until the thick and frothy. Once it's done set aside.
- Melt the Lotis Biscoff Spread using microwave and pour few on the glass and drizzle in the side of the glass.
- Pit the ice cubes
- Pour the milk and top it with frothy coffee
- Sprinkle with crushed Lotus Biscuit
- Enjoy!
