Today I will be analysing the company Duckhorn Portfolio which went public on March 18th, 2021 in the NYSE under the ticker symbol NAPA. Before we go into the analysis though, let me quickly give you an overview of the topics that I will be covering today. Firstly, I will be giving an introduction to the company, some general metrics and we will also look at industry data, then, we will look into the financials of the company and as I often do, I will be comparing them with 2 other competitors that are publicly traded and that we have data from, because the thing is that there are not that many wine producing companies trading in the stock market (at least solely devoted to wine), afterwards, we will look into its IPO price and valuation and again we will compare it with the competitors to see if we are getting a good deal, and finally, I will be giving my personal opinion on the company and my future plans with it.
