Mexico

Mexico is open for tourism, but the land border with the USA is still closed for tourist purposes. Quarantine and tests are not mandatory, but it is always a good idea to test before traveling. You can find all the details regarding traveling to Mexico

Costa Rica

Citizens coming by air from the EU, Schengen area, the UK, Canada, Uruguay, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, and China can enter Costa Rica with valid travel insurance and a negative PCR test. Dominican Republic

Commercial flights are now available, but public activities are still limited. If negative tests are not presented, the airports are taking rapid tests and act accordingly. Masks are mandatory in public spaces.

Panama

International commercial flights are now available. Foreigners and residents should present a negative PCR test done a maximum of 48 hours prior to entering the country. Those who do not have a valid test result must take a rapid one on arrival at their own cost. Some regions have stricter regulations, so make sure you consult the local authorities before traveling.

Ecuador

International commercial flights are now available. Visitors must present a negative PCR test or agree to take one on arrival. Self-isolation is still mandatory for 14 days upon entering the country. Land borders are still closed and travel to the Galapagos Islands is restricted.

Egypt

International commercial flights are now available, but visitors need to present negative PCR tests and health insurance. Some provinces (like Sinai, Red Sea province, and others) can receive travelers but will not allow them to exit the area.

Ghana

Some international commercial flights are now available but land and sea borders are still closed. Negative PCR tests are required for entering Ghana and extra antigen tests are conducted upon arrival (costs are covered by passengers).

Tanzania

There are no more travel restrictions in Tanzania. Even though new travelers will be screened for respiratory symptoms upon arriving in Tanzania, the 14-day quarantine period is no longer mandatory.

Iceland

*Can I travel to Iceland?*

Yes, you can enter Iceland if you are coming from the Schengen area, but you have to present a negative PCR test done a maximum of 72 hours prior to boarding and isolate for 5 days when a second PCR test should be done. Yes, domestic travel is permitted.

Bars, clubs, restaurants, swimming pools, and gyms are open, with restrictions. General gatherings of up to 10 people are permitted.


Turkey

*Can I travel to Turkey?*

Yes, the borders are open and flights are available, but only passengers with negative PCR tests are received on board.

*Can I travel domestically in Turkey?*

Travel between cities in private cars is currently prohibited during curfew hours. Flights and trains have resumed their service. A personal HES code is mandatory for all Turkish passengers, but not for foreigners. Face masks are required outdoors.
