I got the 0xc000007b error when attempting to start South Park Stick of Truth. The errors seems to usually be caused by DLL files not working properly in some way, shape, or form. (Windows 10 btw)
After plenty of futile attempts reinstalling various Windows API libraries, this finally worked. It seems that the game just casually found these two specific DLLs as 64-bit versions first, instantly crashing the application. I found this using Dependency Walker.
