About this Event

In this event, we’ll be discussing:

· Keeping your culture strong: how leadership has had to adapt since Covid, how to look after your business culture in stressful and challenging times and examples of good (and bad) leadership

· The benefits of fostering the right culture: why creating a clear culture right from the start can increase the value of your startup, and the value of financial rewards and other perks in creating culture and retaining talent

· Adapting cultures and remote working: how creating a diverse and inclusive team can help grow your culture, and how to maintain culture and be good leaders while working remotely
