Fix Can't Play Victoria 3 on Windows 7, Fix unable to launch Victoria 3 on Windows 7
Step 1) Rename dbghelp.dll file
Step 2) Go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64, copy dbghelp.dll, paste it in Victoria 3 binary folder, launch the game, if not working rename dbghelp.dll file and then launch the game
Step 3) Run "launcher-installer-windows" to install Paradox Launcher v2
Step 4) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder
Step 5) Install latest version of Paradox Launcher from Paradox official site: https://www.paradoxinteractive.com/our-games/launcher
