Jingle Bells Upside Down:
2020 was a sad year for most of us, so I made an arrangement of Jingle Bells Upside Down which starts with the theme but it is in minor (sad) and is inverted (upside down). Slowly as the new year (2021) emerges we are filled with new hopes so the music becomes joyful in its original melody and harmony, representing our dreams for a future full of positivity!
Music Heals
Since covid -19 pandemic began my concerts all got cancelled and I went to my parents home to self isolate. I tried to build a community through music to help us heal together. In March 2020 on facebook & instagram I gave 24 live concerts and had an incredible audience from all around the world. We began the concerts by clapping for healthcare workers and then I would play the piano. I would ask for requests would encourage my followers to interact with me via games and requests, whilst educating them about classical music and also having fun together playing classical repertoire, pop songs and some of my originals. There were nurses, doctors, lawyers, engineers, retired people, kids and parents all from different parts of the world: Brazil, Argentina, Japan, England, USA, Italy, Germany… It was an incredible feeling to get comments saying they needed these moments to forget about the sad reality even just for a little bit.
After those concerts I wanted the projects to be even more interactive to grow our community so I created the Hey World project: a “stay home” music video in which I rewrote the lyrics of Hey Jude song, which was commonly requested to me in these live concerts, and I also created an album based on all the requests I got from these live streams.

As the new year is approaching, our situation is not much better, and we all wish for a positive 2021 without covid so we can get back to our normal lives and start hugging each other without fear:)
I first arranged the piece for piano, and then I thought ot adding lyrics to it, then my friend Leo Roberts who is a world class baritone agreed to launch the project guiding the people on how to sing for the video.
I have gotten so many amazing submissions and it is truly a global project which reminds us: we are all residents of this planet and we all share similar hopes and dreams. I hope to support my community through these projects more.
When I received the little girl Sreenandita’s video from India my eyes got teary out of joy! To know I can influence someone in India to make good music and to bring hope to this world is so honouring!
There were amazing people from all different countries: Vietnam, Canada, England, Germany, Austria, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Hungary
