- What's killing the elderly people are not the Corona virus
- What you put in your body greatly determines how our body will be composed
and how it will fight against any disease
- If it's a plant then eat it, if it's made in a plant don't eat it.
- Stay away from processed sugar, processed meat, processed food. Go for clean, natural food.
