Good morning America.
Here is what's happening in the markets today.
- The US Indices seem set for gains today with the tech sector leading the way before the final testimony of the FED Chairman and Treasury Secretary with the DJ up 0.3%, the S&P500 up 0.4% and the Heavy Tech Nasdaq up almost 1% pre market open.

- European Markets are again under pressure after the German Chancellor Angela Merkel announced that the extra 2 days off for the Easter holiday will be revoked. The effort of offering 2 extra days off for the Easter holiday was meant to help breaking the 3rd wave of Covid infections in Germany.

- The AstraZeneca vaccine keeps the first page of the news today as well…after approx. 29 mil doses of this vaccine were found at a plant in Italy over the weekend and a French official said this morning that checks are in progress to see if the vaccines were meant for export.

- Crude Oil rallied today after the news that a large container ship ran aground in the Suez Canal blocking one of the most important trade routes in the world. Crude Oil Inventories are due today at 14:30 GMT and consensus expects a draw of 272 M barrels.

- Bitcoin gets another pump from Elon Musk after his tweet that Tesla is now taking BTC payments for its cars as an extra option, pushing the cryptocurrency up over $3000 in a few hours. ETH benefits from BTC’s rally as well trading as high as $1730.
