Passengers captured the harrowing aftermath of a fire in the London Underground at Clapham Common station.

Trapped passengers were seen smashing windows to escape a tube carriage as a fire reportedly broke out on the train.

Amid the chaos, an emergency message played, ordering passengers to evacuate the station immediately.
