Germany will only administer AstraZeneca's COVID-19 vaccine to people 60 or over.
Chancellor Angela Merkel made the announcement after heeding advice from Germany's vaccines committee.
With 31 reports of rare blood clots in brains after the AstraZeneca shot, ... the committee said the vaccine could pose a risk to certain age groups.
Under 60s can get it, but only if they're high-risk or high-priority.
The European Medicines Agency and the WHO both say there's no link between the vaccine and blood clots.
